Why did you decide to get married at Solitude Mountain Resort?

Solitude offered the best accommodations/lodging for our many, out-of-town guests!

What was your favorite moment of your Fall Wedding at Solitude Mountain Resort?

Probably when we consummated the marriage! Just kidding, the whole week was one big party. Every moment was special!

Describe the overall mood or theme (ex: classic, color palette, modern, boho)

Autumn – The fall colors exploded in the richest hues of orange, red, and yellow!

What were the highlights of your ceremony?

Zach playing the piano during the ceremony!

What were the highlights of your reception?

We danced so hard that Zach tore his ACL!

Were any ethnic, religious, cultural, or family traditions included in your day?

Roger read 1 Corinthians 13 and Joseph religiously watched the Bison game in the background!

Any planning or wedding-day advice for future couples?

Make sure to carve out time for yourselves!

How was the overall experience of your planning? Also, the highs and lows?

Awful. Covid derailed us for a year, and we bit off more than we could chew. We were both doing 80hr work weeks and trying to plan a wedding. Don’t do what we did!
