This stately Victorian-era mansion sits on lush grounds in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. With an incredible staff and in-house catering and planning, it’s a one-stop shop for a classic celebration.
McCune Mansion hosts weddings and events year-round. The large historic home serves as an dapper indoor venue, and the surrounding grounds are a space for outdoor celebrations.
The entire mansion is the way to go here. You do not want to miss any part of this Victorian-era masterpiece. Having the whole place creates a wonderful flow for your event. For a weekend wedding with more 100 guests, you must book the venue in entirety regardless.
If you plan on hosting less than 100 guests, you can choose to rent just part of the mansion: the gardens, first floor, or third floor.
The entire mansion can hold 250 guests. The additional outdoor space allows for 350 guests.
All of the remaining partitioned spaces can accommodate 99 guests each. These sites include the gardens, first floor, and third floor.

This centrally-located venue offers easy access to all downtown Salt Lake City offers. These include Temple Square, Memory Grove, Red Butte Garden, and the Natural History Museum of Utah. If guests want to explore the surrounding mountains for recreational activities Deer Valley, Solitude, and Snowbird are excellent nearby options.
McCune Mansion Wedding Cost
Rental of the entire mansion for both a ceremony and a reception is $5,000. Tables and chairs are complementary, and valet parking for up to 200 guests is offered.
Weddings from Monday through Thursday with fewer than 100 guests can rent a portion of the mansion. The following rental prices include ceremony, reception, and tables and chairs. The first floor and garden area each cost $1,500. The third floor is $2,500.
Wedding Catering and Lodging
McCune Mansion manages all catering, including options for passed appetizers, stations, buffets, and plated dinners. Outside vendors are not allowed.
McCune Mansion does not offer wedding cakes, so couples may hire an outside vendor (as long as it is commercially made).
