Quiet Meadow Farms is a secluded wedding location, backing up on the foothills of the mountains, and surrounded by lawns, orchards, and fields stretching out into the valley. The barn is rustic and beautiful with high ceilings and charming wagon wheel light fixtures.
The best months to host a wedding at Quiet Meadow Farms are April through October, though they do host weddings year-round.
Wedding Ceremony Sites
There are several outdoor ceremony options at the farm. After all, there are 150 acres of land!
- The orchard gives you the opportunity to wed surrounded by fruit trees at the base of towering mountains.
- The lawn has a beautiful view of the valley and is surrounded by mature trees.
- The barn is perfect for that farm feel. You can hold your ceremony in front of the barn doors before opening them to hold your reception inside.
The indoor ceremony option is inside the barn. You can make your entrance down a grand stairwell, and either keep the barn doors closed for a more cozy feeling or open them to let the outside in.
Wedding Reception Site
Wedding Reception SiteReceptions take place inside the barn and on the surrounding patio and lawn. For dinners long farm-style tables are set up inside, and cocktail-style tables fashioned out of barrels are also available. Your guests can mingle on the lawn as they watch the sun down over the valley.
Please note that only soft background music is allowed on the premises and it must be provided by a DJ on their preferred vendor list. No live bands are allowed.
Bridal Suite/ Getting Ready Rooms
There are two getting-ready rooms, both with comfortable seating and mirrors. One of the rooms is equipped with several vanities for make-up and hair prep.

Quiet Meadow Farms embraces the ranch vibe and encourages you to do the same for your wedding. There is a long row of rocking chairs on the porch inviting guests to sit for a spell. There are also lawn games like corn hole available for your enjoyment.

Quiet Meadow Farms can accommodate 150 guests for a plated dinner and 300 for a flowing reception. Ceremony capacity depends on the location chosen.

Quiet Meadow Farms Wedding Cost
Prices include venue rental, tables and chairs, and selected decor. An additional $400 fee is assessed if alcohol is to be served. The venue can be rented for the entire day (10 AM-10 PM) for an additional $2,000 fee.

Quiet Meadow Farms has a list of preferred caterers for you to choose from. The list includes everything from barbecue masters to mobile pizza ovens and even an ice cream truck. You are sure to find something that will please you.

There are so many included decor options at Quiet Meadow Farms! They have gorgeous wooden farm tables and chairs, barrel tables, and more. They also offer beautiful silk flowers and greenery for use in centerpieces as well as lots of options for table runners and tablecloths.
What are the lodging (on-site or nearby) options?
The closest hotels are in Spanish Fork and include a Hampton Inn and a Microtel Inn. There are also many lodging options in Provo.
