Siempre is a polished, purpose-built wedding venue at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Draper. It sits up on the bench at the mouth of Corner Canyon, and the view that comes with that, west across the Salt Lake Valley at sunset, is the thing people remember afterward.
It was built as a wedding venue and nothing else, which shows in the plan. Two 4,500-square-foot event rooms, two garden ceremony sites, four suites for getting ready, and one wedding on the property per day, so the date you book is yours alone.
Siempre Wedding Quick Facts
Location — Siempre is in Draper at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, with Corner Canyon behind it and the Salt Lake Valley in front, about 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.

Season — Siempre prices weddings in all twelve months of the year, across an off season, a holiday season and a peak season, and publishes no closed period.

Lodging — There’s no lodging at Siempre. The four suites are for getting ready on the day, and overnight guests stay at hotels in Draper or downtown Salt Lake City.
Coordinator — A Siempre venue coordinator comes with every rental, and the venue encourages you to hire a wedding planner on top of that without requiring one.

Ceremony Sites at Siempre
There are two outdoor ceremony settings, and they sit at opposite ends of the building. The Secret Garden is walled, with an arbor, and opens off the Forever Room.
The Rotunda Garden is built under a dome of handmade terra cotta tiles on tapered columns, looks out over a manicured oval lawn and the valley beyond it, and opens off the Always Room.
Ceremony capacity is published at about 150 guests.
Reception Spaces at Siempre
The Always Room and the Forever Room are the two indoor reception spaces. Each is 4,500 square feet and each seats up to 250.
The Always Room has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, a stone fireplace, wood floors laid for dancing, and a baluster stairway down to the Veranda and the Rotunda Garden.
The Forever Room is on the upper level, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a Juliet balcony facing the sunset and the valley lights, and a door onto the Secret Garden.
A flowing reception, where guests move between rooms and gardens instead of sitting down together, is published at 500 or more guests, and Siempre headlines up to 500 guests overall. Those are three different numbers for three different formats rather than three answers to the same question, so decide which format you want before you use any of them for planning.
Getting Ready, Lodging & Guest Logistics
Four wedding suites come with the rental, two large and two junior, one pair on each floor. They’re built for getting ready, not for staying over.
There’s no lodging on site. Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and TownePlace Suites by Marriott are the nearby Draper options, and downtown Salt Lake City hotels are roughly 20 minutes away.
Salt Lake City International Airport is about 30 minutes from the venue, which matters if a lot of your guest list is flying in.
Siempre hosts one wedding a day, so the property is yours for your date.
Dogs have been welcome at ceremonies, and Siempre is published as fully ADA accessible.
The rental window and outdoor noise both end at 10 p.m., so build the timeline backward from there. Couples can pay extra to keep the celebration going indoors past that point — the fee isn’t published, so ask the venue about it while you’re still planning.
Catering & Vendors at Siempre
Siempre doesn’t cater its own weddings.
The current preferred list is Magleby’s Catering, Marvellous Catering and COPA Bar Service.
You can bring a different caterer as long as they’re licensed and insured, though a coordination fee applies to anyone not on that list. The amount isn’t published, so ask for it early, while you’re still comparing quotes.
Draping and lighting, and alcohol service, are the only two categories Siempre requires you to book through it. Which companies fill them isn’t published.
Sixteen other categories, florists and planners and photographers and videographers and music and cake and hair and makeup among them, come as a preferred list rather than a requirement.
Britt Warnick Designs is named on Siempre’s own planning page as a planning partner, offering full planning, design and coordination, and wedding management.
Siempre Wedding Cost
Siempre publishes a rate card with three seasons on it. Off season covers January through April and runs $5,500 Monday through Thursday and $7,500 Friday through Sunday.
Holiday season covers July, November and December, and runs $6,500 Monday through Wednesday, $8,500 Thursday, $10,500 Friday and Sunday, and $13,500 Saturday.
Peak season covers May, June and August through October, and runs $8,000 Monday through Wednesday, $10,000 Thursday, $12,000 Friday and Sunday, and $15,000 Saturday.
That rental covers both event rooms, the Rotunda and Secret Gardens, all four suites, tables, linens and Siempre’s chairs, a venue coordinator, chandeliers, a sound system, a wireless microphone and an HD TV, plus setup and breakdown of anything the venue owns.
It doesn’t cover catering, bar service or anything else an outside vendor brings. Budget the food separately, and add the coordination fee if your caterer isn’t on the preferred list.
Siempre is currently running up to $2,000 off any Tuesday wedding in 2026 or 2027, under the name Spring into Love.
Couples book anywhere from two months to two years ahead.
What to Know Before You Book Siempre
Siempre sits up on the bench near Corner Canyon, and that’s the reason the light works there. Look west and the Salt Lake Valley opens out, and at sunset it’s genuinely epic. It can be taken in from the balcony or from the sage field next door, and either is worth the 10 minutes it costs.
Couples often book Siempre for the courtyard, which is delightful, and for the rotunda, which feels Tuscan. Those are fair reasons. But the sunset view is the better asset of the two, and it’s the one that’s easy to forget to leave room for in the timeline.
One thing to sort out before committing to a ceremony spot: from some angles at the rotunda, the background is the neighborhood, McMansions and a brightly colored playground set included. It’s not a dealbreaker and it’s not a surprise once you know about it.
Walk the spot with your photographer, work out which direction you’ll be facing, and you’ve got a venue half an hour from town that still looks plucked out of the mountains.
Siempre Wedding FAQ
How much does a wedding at Siempre cost?
Venue rental runs $5,500 to $15,000, depending on the season and the day of the week. Catering and bar service are on top of that. A Tuesday date currently takes up to $2,000 off for 2026 and 2027.
How many guests can Siempre hold?
Each of the two event rooms seats 250. A ceremony is published at about 150, and a flowing reception that moves between the rooms and gardens can run to 500 or more. Pick the format first, then the number.
Can you bring a dog to a Siempre wedding?
Dogs have been welcome at Siempre ceremonies.
Is Siempre ADA accessible?
Siempre is published as fully ADA accessible. If anyone in your party has specific mobility needs, ask the venue about the rooms and gardens you’ve chosen before you book.
Does Siempre have an in-house wedding coordinator, or do you need your own planner?
A Siempre venue coordinator is included in the rental and runs the venue side of your day. That isn’t the same job as a planner handling design, vendors and the months beforehand. Siempre encourages you to hire one, but doesn’t require it.
What time does a Siempre wedding have to end?
The rental window closes at 10 p.m., and outdoor noise stops then too, though couples can pay extra to keep the celebration going indoors after that. The fee isn’t published, so ask about it early if a late dance set matters to you.
