St. Regis Deer Valley Wedding Info
St. Regis Deer Valley is located in the heart of one of Utah’s most famous ski resorts, but it is anything but a typical ski lodge. This hotel is all about attention to detail and making sure guests feel like their every need is being met.
The St. Regis Deer Valley hosts weddings year-round.
Wedding Ceremony Sites
There are two primary outside ceremony sites at the St. Regis Deer Valley. The first, and most popular, is the Grand Lawn, which overlooks the slopes of the ski resort and the valley below. There are groves of aspen trees nearby as well. Weddings also take place on the Arbor Terrace, which is a large stone patio of the building near the Astor Ballroom. Here vows are said by a stone wall overlooking the ski resort. Both are breathtaking choices.
The most popular spot for an indoor wedding is the Astor Ballroom. With dark wood paneling and gold accents, this is a truly sumptuous space. It is not the only option for an indoor ceremony though, there are other ballrooms available, and for intimate weddings the private dining experience in the candlelit Wine Vault is ideal.
Wedding Reception Site
Receptions can be held in all of the ceremony venues and can accommodate a variety of options. You may choose to have cocktails on the Astor Terrace before dinner is served in the adjoining ballroom. Or you may want a garden party reception on the grand lawn. Whatever you wish, the St. Regis Deer Valley can accommodate, be it cocktails, dinner, dancing, or all of the above.
Bridal Suite/ Getting Ready Rooms
A one-bedroom suite is provided for the couple on the day of their event for them to prepare for the wedding, and for their wedding night. It is available at 4 pm. St. Regis Deer Valley recommends booking the room for the previous day as well so there is plenty of time to get ready.
Other unique amenities
St. Regis Deer Valley is a luxury resort and, as such, has luxury amenities. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub area, a full-service spa, and multiple restaurants and bars on the property.
St. Regis Deer Valley also offers a tasting menu for four prior to the event so the couple may approve the menu before it is served to guests.
What is the capacity?
The capacity is determined by the area where your ceremony or reception takes place. The wine cellar is the smallest venue and can accommodate up to 40 people for a plated dinner. The Astor Ballroom and Terrace can accommodate up to 265 inside the ballroom and 250 on the terrace, or 170 each for a plated dinner. The Grand Lawn has a maximum capacity of 350.
