Wedding Information

Sundance Mountain Resort offers year round weddings with both indoor and outdoor venue options. Sundance Resort requires an indoor space as a weather backup, and this rental is charged regardless of whether or not the space is used. In the summer, couples often choose to have the ceremony outside and the reception or cocktail hour inside.

> Redford Conference Center is a rustic 3,500 square-foot building nestled in the trees with seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.

> Rehearsal Hall is Sundance Resort’s largest indoor space with sliding glass barn doors overlooking Sundance pond.

> Creekside faces the Timpanogos Mountains and is ideal for indoor-outdoor functions.

> The Screening Room, originally built to showcase the films from the Sundance Film Festival, opens up onto a lawn next to the nearby pond and waterfall.

> Wasatch is a 900 square-foot cozy cedar cabin with a fireplace and patio, perfect for intimate ceremonies.

> Elk Meadows’ remote outdoor location requires some extra transportation time and offers an aspen tree escape perfect for ceremonies.

> Bearclaw, a mountain lodge accessed via ski lift, offers 360 views of the Utah and Heber valleys on either side of the resort.

On average, ceremonies can accommodate 220 seated guests. Standing receptions can typically accommodate 300 guests.
