Sundance Mountain Resort Wedding Info
Sundance Mountain Resort was established in 1969 by Robert Redford. His vision was “to create an unspoiled and authentic experience in this intimate mountain resort where art, nature, and commerce unite to inspire and develop people, voices, and ideas.” When you walk the grounds you can see that vision in every detail. All the buildings, no matter how big, feel intimate and blended with the natural surroundings. It’s a little slice of paradise in Utah County.
The best months to host a wedding at Sundance Moutain Resort are June through October.

There are multiple ceremony sites at Sundance, all with indoor and outdoor spaces.
- The Wasatch Room is an intimate log cabin with a flagstone patio surrounded by pine trees where your ceremony can take place. You can also choose to wed inside the building.
- The Redford Conference Center is a large barn-like structure with wooden walls and large windows. Here couples can wed on a lovely lawn surrounded by trees and ferns, or indoors in front of a rustic fireplace.
- The Rehearsal Hall is the largest of the venues. It sits on the side of the pond and couples can say their vows on a large deck with a rushing waterfall behind them. Indoor ceremonies can take place in front of the stone fireplace.
- Mandan Summit is the most remote of the venues. It sits on a high peak overlooking Mount Timpanogos, Cascade Mountain, Provo Canyon, and Stewart Falls.
