About The Leonardo
Once home to the Salt Lake City Public Library, the Leonardo re-opened its doors in 2011 as a non-profit, community-powered museum.
The Leonardo is located in Downtown Salt Lake City, a 15 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport.
With a central location, the Leonardo offers many nearby attractions and activities. Downtown Salt Lake City’s vibrant scene, Temple Square, the public library and more are all within walking distance.

> The Leonardo offers a four-hour reception rental for $2,500 Sunday – Wednesday.
> The Leonardo offers a four-hour reception rental for $3,000 Thursday – Saturday.
> Wedding luncheons, often paired with a reception, are $1,000 Monday – Wednesday and $1,500 Thursday – Sunday.
> Ceremony rentals are an additional $500 and include a one-hour ceremony rehearsal and an additional two hours of event time.
The Leonardo hosts weddings year round. During the summer months, couples often choose to rent the indoor space in addition to a small courtyard to optimize indoor / outdoor flow.

> The Event Center offers an open layout and stunning views, perfect for larger weddings.
> The Courtyard, an extension of the event center, offers an outdoor space to optimize flow.

Weddings per Day
The Leonardo hosts a maximum of two weddings per day, but they cannot take place at the same time.
Time and Noise Restrictions
The Leonardo has no time or noise restrictions for weddings.
The entire venue is wheelchair accessible.
The Leonardo does not allow pets.
Wedding Catering and Lodging
Catering is highly customizable at this venue, and guests can choose from a variety of nearby accommodations.
> Catering is available through the Leonardo or through outside caterers Luxe or Culinary Craft.
> Options include hors d’oeuvres, plated and buffet-style meals, action stations, and desserts.
> Lunch options start at $12.95 per person; reception options are usually $8.95 – $15 per person.
