Twenty & Creek is a restored event center in Sandy with a formal garden built onto it. The Grand Hall is white walls and high ceilings, with glass doors that slide open onto the Gardens.
The indoor and outdoor halves of a wedding day sit next to each other rather than across town from each other. You book the whole property for 12 hours and Twenty & Creek runs one wedding at a time, so the day isn’t split with another event.
There’s a real ceremony room indoors and a garden outside, and the venue’s own line is that between them your event is protected regardless of weather.

Ceremony Sites at Twenty & Creek
Ceremony Hall is the indoor option and seats 100. It has chandeliers, a projector, and what Twenty & Creek calls a chapel feel.
The Gardens are the outdoor option. Emily Brooks Wayment designed them, and the venue says the greenery was imported directly from Hyde Park in England.
Both sit on the property, and Twenty & Creek states that between them your event is protected regardless of weather.
One number to hold onto: Twenty & Creek’s own materials cap ceremonies at 100 people, indoors or out, which is half what the Grand Hall seats for dinner. A guest list larger than that doesn’t get more room by moving the ceremony into the Gardens — it’s the reception where the numbers open back up.
Reception Spaces at Twenty & Creek
The Grand Hall is the reception room, with large windows for daylight and sliding doors straight out to the Gardens.
Twenty & Creek seats 200 there for dinner. For a flowing reception where guests aren’t all seated at once, the venue’s materials say 350 or more, and figures as high as 400 have been published. Confirm the ceiling with the venue before you plan past 350.
There are built-in bars indoors and outdoors, and the A/V in the Grand Hall handles a band or a DJ.

Getting Ready, Lodging & Guest Logistics
There’s a Bridal Suite and a separate Groom’s Lounge for getting ready, plus a Vendor Room for the people working your day.
The rental is a 12-hour block, standard 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The last hour of it is reserved for vendor clean-up and load-out, so the event itself needs to wrap closer to 10 p.m. than 11.
There’s no lodging on site. The nearest hotels are Courtyard by Marriott, about 10 minutes away, plus Hampton Inn and Hyatt Place, both nearby.
There are 87 dedicated parking stalls on site, with street parking on the bordering roads.
Wheeler Historic Farm and the ski resorts up Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon are both close by, so out-of-town guests have somewhere to go the day before or the day after.
Catering & Vendors at Twenty & Creek
Catering comes from Twenty & Creek’s required preferred-vendor list. There’s no outside-catering option.
Alcohol works the same way. It runs through a preferred bar-service vendor, there’s no cash bar and no unsupervised open bar, and a service fee applies any time alcohol is served.
Everything else is your call. Photographer, florist, DJ, band, hair and makeup can be anyone licensed and insured.
Separate from the coordinator it provides, Twenty & Creek requires every couple to hire their own licensed, insured wedding planner on a minimum one-month coordination package. That’s a real line in your budget and it’s easy to miss when you’re comparing venue rentals.
Send-offs have their own list. No birdseed and no confetti. Sparklers and bubbles are fine, and rose petals are allowed for outdoor send-offs heading toward the parking lot. Sparklers have to be fully put out and taken away the same day.
Twenty & Creek Wedding Cost
Twenty & Creek publishes its rates. They’re set by season and by day of the week, and every price below buys the same 12-hour block.
January, February, March and November are the off-peak months: $6,000 Sunday through Thursday, $6,500 on Friday, $7,000 on Saturday.
April, July, October and December are peak: $7,000 Sunday through Thursday, $8,000 on Friday, $10,000 on Saturday.
May, June, August and September are prime: $7,500 Sunday through Thursday, $9,000 to $9,500 on Friday, $11,000 on Saturday.
There’s also a reception-only rate of $5,000 for a six-hour block, Monday through Wednesday in select months. The venue doesn’t say which months, so ask.
A $400 fee applies any time alcohol is served. No food-and-beverage minimum is published. Payment splits into four equal installments before the event, and standard card-processing fees may apply.
The rental includes 12 hours of exclusive access to the property, tables and chairs, full use of the facility including kitchens, the indoor and outdoor bars, A/V (HD screens, the Ceremony Hall projector, microphones), initial setup and final takedown, the venue coordinator, and a two-hour photo session on site before the wedding.
What it doesn’t include is catering, bar service or your planner, and all three are required. Price those three before you decide whether the rental fits.
What to Know Before You Book Twenty & Creek
Two vendor categories are chosen for you and the rest are not. Catering and bar service come off Twenty & Creek’s list; the photographer, florist, DJ, band and hair and makeup team are yours to hire. If you already have people you want, that isn’t a fight here.
The rental includes a two-hour photo session at the venue before the wedding day, and Ceremony Hall can be booked separately as a photo studio. Either one gets portraits made somewhere other than the middle of a wedding timeline, which is usually where they get squeezed.
The indoor and outdoor ceremony options are both on the property, so a weather call doesn’t move anybody to a second address. It moves them across the building.
