The Zion Red Rock Villa is a 12,000-square-foot mansion just outside of Zion National Park. It sits on a property with two small lakes suitable for water sports, as well as the Virgin River. The house features 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and can sleep up to 57 people. All of the rooms have stunning views of the surrounding cliffs. There is also ample outdoor space including a charming fountain and mature trees.
Weddings are held year-round at the Zion Red Rock Villa.
Wedding Ceremony Sites
You have several options for a ceremony at the Zion Red Rock Villa, all outdoors with amazing views of the mountains that give the venue its name. You may choose to wed on the side of one of the two ponds on the property, or on the banks of the Virgin River. Another option is on a lovely lawn surrounded by large, mature trees. There is also the “Tree of Life Labirynth” with its desert symbolism and sweeping vistas. At any of these spots you and your guests will be surrounded by amazing natural views and skies that seem to go on for days.
Wedding Reception Site
Receptions are held on the large lawn behind the mansion in a space surrounded by trees and with plenty of space for tables, chairs, and a dance floor. In colder times a tent can be rented and set up on the property.
Bridal Suite/ Getting Ready Rooms
The mansion features a large getting-ready room off one of the main suites that includes a full bathroom, ample, comfortable seating, and plenty of window light to help you perfect your look.
Other unique amenities
Zion Red Rock Villa offers a pool, game room, a theater, and two pickleball courts on site so there is plenty to do before and after your celebration. There is also ample gathering space indoors for rehearsal dinners or farewell brunches.

The mansion can sleep up to 57, but the grounds can accommodate up to 125 for a wedding and reception.

Zion Red Rock Villa is located in the town of Springdale, Utah. It is right outside Zion National Park and 30 minutes from St. George. It is roughly six hours from the Salt Lake International Airport.
How many weddings are hosted on-site each day?
You have to rent the entire mansion for your event, so yours will be the only wedding there.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.

You must reserve the villa for at least three or four nights depending on the season. Base costs range between $2,000 and $4,500 a night depending on the day of the week and time of year. There also is a $500 event fee.

What are the included decor options and restrictions?
Only clear tents are permitted so as not to obscure the view of the night sky. No fireworks are allowed at all. Any flower petals left on the ground must be biodegradable and non-biodegradable items like confetti, silly string, or glitter are not allowed.
All lighting set up on the property must be approved so as not to interfere with dark sky ordinances.
What are the lodging (on-site or nearby) options?
There are multiple other properties on the Zion Red Rock grounds for your guests including a 6-bedroom house and an 8-bedroom house. There are also multiple lodging options in Springdale and St. George.
What are the check-in/check-out times for guests staying overnight?
Check-in time is 5 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM.
Is there an in-house wedding planner or day-of coordinator?
There is no wedding planner on-site, but they have a list of wedding planners they have worked with in the past who can help you.
What are some nearby attractions?
Zion National Park is right down the road! Springdale is also a charming town with multiple stores and galleries. You also could go and visit the bustling city of St. George.
