The owners of ZionVilla call it Bella Vista Zion, and it is easy to see why. The 9,300-square-foot home overlooks Zion’s famous checkerboard mesa and is surrounded by red rock and blooming desert plants.

Wedding Ceremony Sites
Wedding ceremonies are held on a large patio under a wrought iron arch overlooking the nearby mountains covered with juniper bushes and scrub oak trees.
Wedding Reception Site
The villa features a large wrap-around patio so you could set up cocktails in one area, dine in another, and still have plenty of room for a dance floor! There also is a bocce court and cornhole pit for your guests to enjoy.
Bridal Suite/ Getting Ready Rooms
There is plenty of room for wedding preparations at ZionVilla. There are multiple bedrooms including a master suite with a hot tub. There also is a separate guest house with its own bath and kitchen.
Other unique amenities
There are two fire pits on the grounds surrounded by chairs for your guests to enjoy the night air and still stay warm. There is also an 8-seat theater room and large kitchen with seating for 14 – perfect for a rehearsal dinner or send-off brunch.
